Change to a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Lorraine's Natural Health Centre in South Wales is offering you the opportunity to understand, appreciate and practice new ways to relieve stress and feel better every day.

The first workshop of 2010 is a new introduction to healthy eating and the secrets of crystals. Saturday 20th February 2010 from 10am to 3.30pm - this could be the date that changes your life!

In the morning, you will enjoy samples and recipes to encourage a healthier diet and understand the nutritional benefits.

After a light lunch, Lorraine will open your mind to the meaning and use of Crystals to enhance your health and provide balance in your life.

Brief meditation sessions form part of the day to help you relax and enjoy your day in the beautiful Neath valley.

To encourage new participants the cost for the whole day is discounted to £20.
